(hereinafter: supplier of goods). Please read these terms and conditions before the purchase to facilitate the use of this web page. Pay attention to warranty terms and conditions, payment methods and delivery options as well as to the protection of personal data and privacy.

Regular and on-line price are the same if item has only one listed price. After order confirmation in web shop, buyer confirms published prices in that moment.
Web shop offer can change in time. We hold the right to change prices without prior notice.
Item price does not include shipping cost, unless written otherwise.
Order (contract) between supplier and buyer is valid in the moment of order confirmation and receiving latter to e-mail. Prices and conditions are determined and are obligatory for supplier and buyer. With order confirmation buyer accepts sales terms and conditions.
Order will be permanently stored at supplier’s headquarters in appropriately protected server. Buyer receives one copy of the order to entered e-mail address.
Users
With single entry without registration to web shop leticiastore.eu buyer becomes a visitor, if he proceeds with registration, becomes a member.
Both sorts of user can make purchase in leticiastore.eu web shop.
When registered to leticiastore.eu, member receives user name, that is same as entered e-mail address and password. Both connect member to entered information.
Registration in also possible during shopping procedure.
Member can change e-mail address, but only by sending request to e-mail antiage@leticiastore.eu. Change will be processed the same day or next work day. Member will receive notification about the change to his new e-mail address.
Adding items to the shopping cart
First choose all parameters for each item, such as color, size, quantity. By clicking “Add to cart”, you’ll add item to the cart. This way you choose all items you want to buy.
When finished, click icon of a cart at the top right corner of the web page, to see what is in the cart. You will see list of all items, their prices and total price. Clicking “X” will remove items from list. When finished, proceed by clicking “Proceed to checkout”. Coupon code for special offer can be entered here, if you have one. It is also possible to enter it later.

Order placement for companies
Companies order at leticiastore.eu same as non-company buyers. Additionally, fill the fields “Company name” and “VAT number”. Company must also agree with sales terms and conditions, that apply to them. Difference in comparison to non-companies is the part about withdrawal from the contract. Leticiastore.eu offers companies the same payment methods as non-companies.
Delivery method
Before choosing delivery method you will find summarized order with total amount. Corrections can be still made in the cart.

Personal pick-up doesn’t cause any additional costs, while shipping with delivery companies can. Depends on paying method and total purchase amount. You will be informed about all additional costs in an instant when you choose your paying method.
Payment method
Purchase price is the one valid in the moment of purchase at leticiastore.eu. Clicking to desired payment method will lead you through payment process.
PayPal: You’ll be redirected to PayPal web site, where you follow simple steps to pay and complete the order. Of course, you have to have PayPal account. This payment method makes no additional cost.
Credit card: to the secure connection enter requested numbers and complete the order. Buyer must be the same (person or company) as the card holder. After payment is complete, there is no possibility to change order or end total of the order.
Direct bank transfer: if you don’t have PayPal account or credit card, you can pay directly into our bank account. You’ll receive information to perform payment to your e-mail address after clicking “Place order”.
Order confirmation
After order is completed, web site will show order confirmation. In the same moment you’ll also receive it to you e-mail address. If you don’t receive it, there might be possible, you entered wrong e-mail address. In that case please call 00386 1 5610 900 or send an e-mail to antiage@leticiastore.eu. With order confirmation every customer consent with sales terms and conditions.
Information regarding order status are available to leticiastore.eu members at any time (log in is required). Maremico d.o.o. checks each order, items stock and confirms order or informs customer about delivery time, if there is no stock.
Maremico d.o.o. will contact buyer (phone call or e-mail), if there will be any unclarities regarding entered personal information or ordered items.
Maremico d.o.o. regularly informs buyer about placed order status. It can happen, that delivery time is longer than usual. Buyer can decide to wait or cancel the order with Maremico d.o.o. in writing. Maremico will cancel placed order and return any previously paid amount for particular order. Whole or only a part of the order can be canceled, it depends on buyer’s decision. Maremico d.o.o. can also cancel the order if ordered items are not available from suppliers. Order is revoked on the day of cancelation. Maremico d.o.o. doesn’t take any responsibility for the damage that might occur to the buyer because of longer delivery times or unavailability of ordered items, that are not currently in Maremico’s stock.
Invoice
For every sent item Maremico d.o.o. issues printed invoice with listed costs. Payment must me made in one piece. Invoice will contain personal information entered in the process of placing an order. After issuing are changes to invoice not possible.
Change of purchase order
You can change or cancel your order also after order placement confirmation by immediate call on 00386 1 5610 900 or write to antiage@leticiastore.eu.
Cancelling of purchase order
Your order can be cancelled anytime during web page order placement, after your order has been confirmed or after your order has been completed and paid. Cancelling of purchase order applies to non-company buyers.
If parcel has already been sent, the buyer must reject it with delivery company upon delivery.

Shipping of the ordered items
Maremico will send ordered items through delivery companies the first work day after receiving order confirmation and payment to bank account. The dispatch time of the items ordered is the next working day. The items will be sent by post. Shipping fee is given before order confirmation and it may vary depending on the number of ordered items and the destination country of your order. Items are mostly in stock, so usually delivery time is 7 work days. Delivery time differs and can be sometimes shorter or even longer – it depends on delivery companies. When ordered items can’t be delivered in time, we’ll inform the buyer and use his personal information from the order to do so. If you are not home to accept delivery, a delivery service will notify you about further delivery details.
Delivery is usually made in the morning. Delivery fee for the buyer is listed in the cart, before you complete the order and differs with various items and quantities. Delivery company charges additional fee, that is shown when choosing payment method. When you are absent in time of delivery, delivery company leaves you notice about parcel and you can get in touch with them for another delivery or personal pick-up at their location. We recommend to give your phone number in the order process, so delivery company can contact you.

It is possible to return the purchased items within 14 days from the day of item delivery. The purchase money is returned to the purchaser. The purchaser (private individual) is not required to state the reasons for returning the purchased items. Returns are accepted only if sent in written form either to the email address antiage@leticiastore.eu or to the postal address Maremico d.o.o., Slandrova ulica 4, 1231 Ljubljana, Slovenia. The return of the purchased item to the listed postal address is also considered as a valid return requirement (withdrawal from the contract).

The returned items should not be in damaged condition and in full quantity, unless the items are faulty, damaged, lost or missing not due to the purchaser’s fault.
Before deciding to withdraw from the contract, can customer examine and try items, but only in range necessary to find out actual state of the item. Items can’t be used further until withdrawal from the contract.
Consumer is responsible for decreased items value, if decreasing is caused by actions not necessary to find out nature, features and working of the item. Notification about withdrawal from the contract or ordered item are sent in time, when parcel is handed over to delivers company in time. The purchaser must return the items to Maremico d.o.o., Slandrova ulica 4, 1231 Ljubljana, Slovenia within 14 days of notification about the return of the purchased items. The shipping charges will be at the purchaser’s own expense.
Delivery can be made in person or sent through delivery companies. We recommend to appropriately prepare items for transport, so they don’t damage during transport. We don’t accept shipments sent to us with obligation to pay upon receiving. To the parcel enclose copy of received invoice.
The items must be returned with the original packaging.
The total purchase price must be returned within 14 days of the receipt of the withdrawal from the contract.
In the case of special offers like discount or coupon is that considered as discount and is not returned to the buyer. We return only paid purchase price. Supplier returns received purchased price using the same instrument used by buyer, unless buyer explicitly demands use of another instrument and he himself doesn’t carry any additional costs. Return in cash is not possible.
Items return or withdrawal from the contract does not apply in cases determined by law, namely for contracts resolved to long-distance. In leticiastore.eu this can mean items made to buyer’s measure, accordingly set to his personal needs or items with its nature inappropriate for return.
Return for companies is regulated by warranty conditions. Legal entities have no possibility to withdraw from contract without cause in 14 day from purchase, as applies to non-legal entities. Purchase price is also not possible. Otherwise general conditions and sales terms are valid.

Items have warranty, when stated on invoice or warranty certificate. Warranty period differs for different items and is therefore clearly stated. It is valid when instructions for use are followed and invoice copy is enclosed.
Maremico d.o.o. holds the right to decline warranty claim when inappropriate use is the reason for uselessness of the item.
Buyer is responsible to keep invoice and warranty statement safe, Maremico d.o.o. doesn’t take any liability for both.
Information about warranty period is written on product page. If there is none, item has no warranty or it is not known. Buyer can contact Maremico d.o.o. at any time and receive exact information about warranty regarding particular item.
The seller guarantees to the buyer that the goods are not defective on receipt. In particular, the seller guarantees to the buyer that at the time when the buyer accepted the items:
If the defect manifests within six months after the acceptance, it is assumed that the items were defective already at the time of acceptance. The buyer is entitled to claim defects that occur in consumables within twenty-four months after the acceptance.

The complaints will be processed in the shortest time possible, not later than 45 days of the receipt of the complaint.
Warranty fixes or changes are made at Maremico d.o.o. Buyer himself must deliver or send complained items. The shipping charges will be at the purchaser’s own expense. Material, spare parts, work, transport and all other expenses related to fixing or substituting item with a new one are held by Maremico d.o.o.
If the items received appear damaged, missing or with the open packaging you have to immediately initiate the financial compensation process at the delivery service.

If the buyer is not satisfied with the dispute resolution, she or he may lodge a petition in accordance with ZlsRPS for the initiation of procedure for a specific out-of-court consumer dispute resolution through the European platform for online dispute resolution (ODR).
